Cast/Crew Biographies


Natasha Dias (Crow, Student 4, Rabbi, Yantek) is a Boston- based actress. She’s excited and happy to be part of “Stories”. And, she’s thankful for the production team and cast for creating such a wonderful play.


Hannah Dubin (Peasant Woman, Blondie, Mother, Boy 3, Misnaged) is a Boston based actor, model, and singer who approaches her craft with humor. She enjoys connecting with her audience through laughter.


Milo Hughson (Leo, Wolf, Boy 1, Doctor, Snake, Baal Shem) is a Boston based actor and educator. They earned their degree in Theater and Performance from Emerson College and he’s currently serving as an Americorps member in Medford Public Schools. As a performer, they’ve been seen in several Emerson Stage productions such as Second Star to the Right and The Late Wedding and short films such as Forever War by Shana Figueroa. He hopes you enjoy the student scenes as much as he does!


Laila Perlman (Noah) is thrilled to be a part of the brilliant cast of Stories! She is a college admissions professional by day, actor by any other time. Laila’s first male role was Randy McAfee in Bye Bye Birdie when she was 12. Much love to her family and IJU.


Catherine Alam-Nist (Adaptator and Director) is a director, designer and researcher whose work centres on the relationship between religion and theatre, particularly as these are experienced by women artists and interpreters. She is the founder and artistic director of the Cunning Folk, and has been delighted to see the company grow and thrive over the past two years, including this wonderful project! Much gratitude to all the wonderful artists who have contributed to it as well as to her family and fiancé.


Sophie Rossiter (Klara, Princess, Hare, Soldier): Sophie is thrilled to be a part of telling this story. She most recently played Isabella and Pompey in Cunning Folk's production of Measure for Measure; other favorite roles include Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing and Rosalind in As You Like it. As always, love and gratitude for the cast, crew, Andrew the photographer, and my family and friends.


Zel Tracey (they/them, ze/hir) (Stage Manager) is a gothy, queer, Boston-born artist, Capricorn, and madperson here to participate in the creation of something incredibl(e/y odd). They're thrilled to be here with you, sharing the show at the end of this journey.


Oliver Wessels (Janitor, Martin, Prince, Father, Witch) is an actor, director, and aspiring writer making his debut as a Boston-based actor in Stories. He dreams to one day combine his interest in the sciences - particularly astronomy - with theater in a way that's both enjoyable and educational. His hobbies include reading, playing video games, and drinking copious amounts of tea. oliver.b.wessels@gmail.com
